Scoped and planned development of Design and Implementation Guides (DIGs) and white papers. Established and tracked project milestones, including content due dates, reviews, and all communication with developers. Edited engineer content for customer-oriented publication. Published deliverables with Cisco-developed publishing tools and Documentum Web Publisher. Co-developed formalized process to streamline documentation development using collaborative authoring tool using Wiki technology (WAT).
