Daily Duties at Corelogic:
• Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets company’s strategic direction. • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to proactively define and evaluate existing and impending state and federal legislation for organizational impact. • Protect company interests and build key relationships by participating in various industry and trade association events, integral to furthering organizational goals. • Negotiate and manage complex contracts. • Analyze new market opportunities and pursue new business opportunities. o Engage at executive levels within each account to build and maintain long-term client relationships. o Primary facilitator for the development of proposals, presentations qualification documents, executive summaries, and sales materials for external clients o Interface with executives, project managers, business group managers, sales managers, and content owners in a collaborative environment o Develop sales, marketing, and compliance related information and documents o Generate within existing account assignment opportunities for additional services or solutions offerings or integrate other complimentary business lines. o Deliver quality results in complex account and client scenarios including multiple accounts, first time clients, new product innovations, etc. o Ability to support high revenue accounts to qualify, position, and close opportunities. o Produce clear and concise writing in business communication as well as in detailing contract/project results o Work with corporate legal departments to guide the recommended solutions through contract negotiations in the interest of closing new business.
