Trained and supervised the commissioned sales staff of 30+ associates including stockroom support staff. Coordinated the opening and closing of the selling floor, oversaw the cash terminals and maintenance of the floor. Extensive involvement in customer service relations, staff reviews, weekly schedules and payroll time reports.
