Daily Duties at Bergdorf Goodman:
Managed sales volume of $3.5 million between floor and mail order business in the dress and bridal markets. Responsible for yearly budget planning, weekly open to buys, and inventory management, reporting directly to the DMM. Coordinated and planned all trunk show events, advertising and mail order garment selections with the Fashion Director. Supervised and directed the daily operations of the assistant buyers, floor managers and stockroom personnel.
