Daily Duties at Technicolor:
Directed the receipt and input of customer data requirements to ensure accurate DVD production and packaging throughout the manufacturing plants in the United States and Mexico. Provided direction and mentoring to team as relates to processes, training and business improvements. Oversaw major customer account team in Michigan. Led quality improvement initiatives across the Division and multiple manufacturing sites including major projects addressing preventive or corrective actions, process refinement, information technology systems and training solutions, ensure adherence to project plans and schedules Created and maintained an effective Compliance and Training program, developed and coordinated ISO compliant process mapping and documentation for procedures. Built strong peer and interdepartmental relationships, proactively identifying and solving problems before they arise. Manage staff of 20 (3 direct, 8 remotely).
