Daily Duties at Informa Research Services:
• Write, proofread and edit numerous reports, bulletins and presentations, including RFPs and RFIs. • Create user guides and other documentation for new policies and assist Product Managers with compliance concerns. • Rotate between departments as needed to complete special projects and assist with assignments facing strict deadlines. • Collect and analyze data to add value to internal and client-facing reports and bulletins. • Create monthly executive summary reports to highlight variance in company financials, sales activity, and open opportunities in the sales pipeline. • Prepare and submit expense reports for myself and two Senior Vice Presidents. • Arrange complex travel itineraries for two Senior Vice Presidents and eight Product Managers. • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality whether working with performance reviews, department restructuring, client contracts, or any other sensitive topic.
