ExamOne’s largest client is State Farm Insurance. The exclusive contract between these companies requires a liaison to effectively communicate with State Farm agents and ExamOne exam offices nation wide. The role of ZAM is a unique and challenging combination of investigating complaints, resolving issues and reporting daily to the corporate level of both companies. • Maintained strict contractual service level requirements for exclusive contract with tactical communication strategies. • Cultivated positive and enduring relationships with a diverse clientele. • Expedited client requests, ensuring compliance within high level quality assurance standards. • Increased customer retention levels by investigating and resolving complex service concerns. • Amplified operational efficiency and utilization of current medical facilities nationwide. • Identified areas for cost containment, resource allocation, clinical staffing and process improvement. • Provided on-going support, training and service to medical facilities, agency and underwriting staff. • Supervised operational activities of medical staff throughout the United States and Canada.
