Daily Duties at United Parcel Service, Inc:
Manage dispatch and delivery functions for Arrowood center, the largest distribution center (among 25) within the district, servicing the South Charlotte (from East Boulevard to Ballantyne) area. Total daily package volume: 23,000 to 30,000 items. Supervise team of 16 (2 assistant supervisors, 8 part-time supervisors, 6 clerical/administrative support personnel). Oversee all center preload operations and daily route planning to support 100 drivers.
