Daily Duties at Oswald Trippe And Company, Inc.:

I was tasked with the responsibility to open a new location in 2007 in Lakewood Ranch Florida. I worked diligently to increase the agency exposure within that community through my involvement with various organizations. I had a very small budget to work with therefore the majority of the exposure came from me being active within the community by getting on the board of groups and participating in community events which didn't require a financial commitment. I also moved to the community to increase mine and the company's exposure simply by being out and about doing normal day to day personal activities. I had one inside staff person that I would assist with the inside sales and customer service. Along with my role as developing the LWR location, I worked with the producers of the Sarasota and Holmes Beach offices to continue to increase their exposure within their communities through events such as but not limited to tradeshows, golf tournaments, chili cook offs, and various types of seminars. I not only worked on growing my business, I also worked on making sure the other producers were in the right places and getting our biggest bang for our buck. I worked closely with the corporate office and making sure my three locations stay within our marketing budget. I developed the budget and monitored it through the year.
