 Ultimate discretion in serving as confidante to the CEO and Executive Vice President of $250M nonprofit. Hold Top Secret Security Clearance.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable crafting correspondence to government leaders, city officials, donors, and other constituents. Well-versed in protocol.  Troubleshooting – Adhere to Continuous Improvement strategy. Expert at evaluating operations and finding/implementing solutions to streamline, resulting in lower overhead for the organization.  Team-player – Chairing RAND’s Corporate Management Group provides me an opportunity to brainstorm strategic issues, policies and procedures, etc., with individuals in top management.  Proven track-record at bringing multi-million dollar budgets in under target.  Supervise @ dozen Executive Assistants throughout organization and oversee quality assurance for anything having to do with the President’s Office.  Years of experience working with Development Office staff in pursuing philanthropic strategies and goals.  Event-planning for top VIPs, most recently Deputy Secretary of State  Sound judgment and excellent people skills.
