Investigate coverage and liability, evaluate and negotiate to settlement construction defect claims. Attend site inspections, review documents at the depository, attend mediations and settlement conferences. Communicate and collaborate with co-carriers for defense of the named insured and determine appropriate shares for settlement settlement funding. Investigate AI obligations and respond as appropriate.
