Daily Duties at Crawford & Company:

Position requires knowledge of State Regulations/Laws reference Workers Compensation and understanding/ability to effectively complete of the appropriate forms for submission to the injured worker, employer and State Department of Insurance. Responsibilities included due dilligence investigation to determine compensability,k medical coordination with the treating Physician and rehabilitation specialists to return the injured worker to gainful employment. Further responsibilities included calculation of average monthly wage for compensation benefits and calculating permanent disability awards based upon medical review and Physician communications.
