Coach 10 Patient Services Representatives in support of multi-department dental facility with up to 500 patients per day. Help team members resolve medical treatment process or scheduling issues. Research and coordinate with Central Billing Department billing issues. Utilize ePACES to verify Medicaid eligibility. Team leader for axiUm clinical software implementation of electronic medical records.
