Serviced accounts such as Kaufman Container, Berlin Packaging, Colgate, Church & Dwight, Procter & Gamble, Victoria Secret, and Bath & Body Works. • Account/Territory Activities: • Processed orders. • Scheduled orders and coordinated for shipment. • Responsible for inventory management and maintenance programs. • Responsible for A/R management. • Processed invoices. • Initiated and processed Quotations and Engineering Requests. • Resolved complaints in close coordination with Quality Control. • Initiated sample requests. • Maintained existing price lists per material cost changes, and general line adjustments. • Generated quotations for new product inquiries using established cost models and input from engineering and manufacturing. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Superior efforts resulted in “Vendor of the Year” award from multi-million dollar customer (Kaufman Container) in 1996 and 2003.
