Daily Duties at Endeavor Consulting:
Six month contract job, hired to assist the Contract Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, Skillman NJ with the day-to-day management of external manufacturing sites. Specifically tasked with resolving open issues pertaining to outstanding payables and price discrepancies. Overall, charged with the seamless start up of new business and on-going supply of existing business. • Immediately closed 6-month aging A/R issue at one vendor in excess of $100K by investigating invoices outstanding with the necessary JNJ partners and securing from Finance the accounting detail needed to process payment. Closed a 3-month aging A/R issue at another vendor in excess of $1MM by identifying a system failure within JNJ’s SAP system and resolving via Finance and IT. • Resolved price discrepancies between the two supplier sites and JNJ, and adjusted system pricing for future accuracy. • Assisted in the launch of 5 new products for JNJ by following-up with JNJ partners for on-time creation of specifications, and coordinating the qualification and production schedule with the supplier site. • Organized re-works on 3 separate product lines for JNJ by coordinating the efforts of JNJ Quality partners and the supplier site for the creation and exchange of re-work documentation and specifications.
