Held full P&L and general management responsibility for this start-up Security Training Company which operated throughout southern USA and the Americas. Established the corporate vision, developed the organizational infrastructure, and created a high-profile security training teams. Directed all planning, budgeting, forecasting, HR, IT, finance and administration functions. Maintained direct liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Administered the security contractor program, and all contract negotiations. Member of the Safety committee, responsible for OSHA regulations, to include the coordination of First Aid, CPR and Blood-borne Pathogens and AED training certifications.
