Project Engineering – coordinates special projects & accounts. Ensure cooperative collaboration between Sales, Production, Quality, and other work groups. Creates product design from formulation to final packaging. Research and Development – develops new polymer formulations to meet customer and process requirements as established by customer specifications. Performs capability analyses to evaluate and qualify new products. Technical Sales – Resolves technical problems and provides support to external customers. Quality Engineering – Investigates and reports corrective actions to nonconforming materials and customer complaints. Leads kaizen quality circles for process improvement and lean manufacturing recommendations. Manufacturing / Process Engineering – Manages production lines on any technical, raw material, formulation, processing issues. Ensures product conformance of analysis meets specifications prior to shipment to customers.
