Daily Duties at Rci:

 Retention specialist for Resort Condominium Internationals. A vacation exchange company with millions of members worldwide with over 3,000 affiliated resorts.  Responsible for recruiting new members and retaining active members for timeshare owners.  Assisted in managing a team of 25 to 30 representatives to meet company quota  Consistently maintained top producer position for North America Region for six consecutive years.  Performed leadership and mentored roles for tenure retention guides helping them achieve their goals.  Responsible for preparing and presenting sales presentations for teams  Trained new representative one on one to become proficient with company products and objectives.  Made 85-100 outbound calls daily to generate new leads for company  Averaged over 80 renewal years daily for the company  Attended top producer award events and vacation resort with CEO of company.  Maintained great relationships with resort territory mangers and prospects as well as other members of the company  Utilized Gui and Nice monitoring system to perform daily duties
