Responsible for 70-80 outbound calls per day Averaged over 10 new appointments per week Prepared and process all mortgage loans Performed financial evaluation and credit checks on consumer backgrounds Build relationships with leaders, appraisers, and title companies all over the United States while staying abreast with new lending laws. Presented proposals and negotiated financial options for home owners Educating prospects on the market, mortgage interest rates, and current residential value Gained commissions on high loan volume loans.
