Daily Duties at Itt Technical Institute :

 Worked as an educational recruiter for ITT-TECH. An online institution that provides accredited, undergraduate and graduate degree programs for individuals to pursue careers.  Responsible for making 80-100 call per day  Responsible for assisting students online with financial aid applications and evaluating their accreditation.  Enrolling new students while staying abreast with educational guidelines  Set appointments for students with financial aid by scheduling their calls to bring in new prospects  Handled sensitive and confidential information with urgency  Worked with the Dialer with in a call center environment with ability to multitask  Was responsible for keeping track of the progress of students and maintaining company goals for enrollment  Setting up appointments and being diligent on follow through  Attended weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, changes, and goals for my position as well as the company  Utilized S3 and Iris for managing student profiles  Also tested strategies to increase appointment show rates for financial aid
