• Supervise 35 Patient Service Technicians in PSC and IOP’s • Interview and select candidates, perform new hire orientation and training • Schedule employees; maintain Ceridian time clock • Evaluate employees on a quarterly and yearly basis • Perform employee assessments; visit office managers monthly • Compile wait time monthly to analyze efficiency • Conduct employee Drug screen training and award certificate to conduct Federal testing
