Daily Duties at Mauser:
• Supervise and assign the work for 12 maintenance employees on all shifts. • Transfer equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary. • Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used. • Maintenance manager for Mauser Corporation producing 2.3 million 55 gallon drums annually. • Operations include heavy wall blow molding machines. • Safety Manager • Responsible for maintenance on a 24/7 operation. • Managed all budget centers connected with the maintenance department. • Utilized MP2 maintenance software for PM and inventory. • Duties include maintaining the general plant operations along with all support equipment in manufacturing. This includes HVAC, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers and forklifts. • Member of the team which completed an ISO 14001 certification in 2009. • Responsible for all rail deliveries of raw material, with a daily usage of 185,000 lbs per day. • Leader of the SMED team for the plastic drum division.
