Promoted to start up department responsible for educating new and existing staff during a time of 70% business growth of defined contribution plans (PS, 401(k) & ESOP). Built 17-person team and led development of training programs and auditing processes. Evaluated and mentored staff of all levels to ensure appropriate industry knowledge and established quality control measures.
