Daily Duties at Lincoln Financial Group :
Led start-up department with $6M budget and units comprised of 100+ staff and 7 Directors, build & develop a regional account management team to launch and support a new mutual fund platform for retirement plan investments and administration. Served as subject matter expert regarding interpretation and application of IRS code for defined contribution plans (PS, 401(k), ESOP) ensuring compliance of plans and processes with all regulations.
