• On site supervision for all work force at appointed floor • Ensure all safety procedures are follow as per Bovis, OSHA and DOB regulation • Prepare and submit daily reports of work activities by subcontractors • Meet with subcontractors to update schedule goals • Maintain man-count on every day basis for evacuation plan • Meet with contractors once a week for Weekly Safety Tool Box Talks • Attend project meetings • Daily inspection of contractors operations to ensure safety compliance. • Day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force • Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager • Conduct quality inspections • Update schedule to meet deadlines • Meet with contractors once a week for Weekly Safety Tool Box Talks • Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports • Attend and participate in project meetings • Inspection of contractor operations to ensure safety compliance. • Day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force • Coordinate deliveries with contractors on all the phases of the project • Update schedule to meet deadlines • Meet with contractors once a week for Weekly Safety Tool Box Talks • Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports • Attend and participate in project meetings.
