Held total P&L responsibility for $43MM operation. Led and empowered team of corporate account managers (2), inside customer service tele-sales reps (7), life science biotech specialists (2) and corporate account sales personnel (15). Developed and implemented strategic plan to increase customer satisfaction and grow sales. Won new business distribution agreements and managed application of corporate resources for agreement implementation across North America. Directed account management activities and corporate interaction between local sales teams, procurement managers and end users at large and complex multinational accounts.
