I was a member of the divisional leadership team responsible for all strategic brand direction to the field for all retail grocery chains across 14 states. This included developing gross profit goals for divisional P&L, volume goals by brand for each state and retail account, developing branded retail presentations, Manager to 3 direct reports, all branded budgeted goals.
