Contributed to the candidate pipeline database. Provided timely and innovative sourcing results and solutions to client services •Revised and conducted behavioral interviewing training as needed by programs •Conducted assessment behavioral interviews •Initiated and verify results of back ground and drug tests for employees as defined by policy and/or program •Maintained basic level of benefits knowledge to answer applicants Company’s benefit plans •Checked final candidate references •Created and distribute offer letters and new hire information as needed •Closed the candidate, and initiating the on-boarding activities for new hires as needed •Served as the communication liaison for the hiring process •Organized and maintain candidate recruiting files including all interviewing notes for candidates permanent employee file •Provided standard recruiting reporting metrics as requested (e.g., number of hires, open positions, time to fill, time to start, recruiting costs) •Sourced candidates through creative methods including original research, networking, referrals, and job postings •strategize with District hiring managers on staffing needs •Highly developed perceptive, influence, and relationship building skills, with the ability to relate and interact with individuals at all levels •Provided all details on all recruiting activities relating to all projects and presentations presented for annual budgets •Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to strategically prioritize multiple deadline driven projects •Knowledge of employment laws, policies and/or guidelines relating to employee recruitment and selection
