• Opened Institutional DVP accounts as well as retail cash accounts. • Assisted compliance with background checks in regards to new account openings, by following the AML/KYC guidelines set by FINRA and firm policy. • Serviced DVP accounts by making sure that delivery instructions were kept up to date and information on the institutions correct. • Maintained retail accounts by setting up wire request, DWAC, sent out check request to clearing firm. • Researched and resolved trade breaks, adjust trades commission and shares as instructed by traders only after managerial approval. • Familiar with ADP Broadridge, MlX, Goldman Sachs, & SunGard BRASS systems. • Was instrumental in helping to convert over all house accounts to a new clearing firm. This included linking all DVP accounts to OASYS by creating and assigning acronyms. • Worked with the technology department to assure that in-house acronyms matched so that traders and brokers received correct P&L run at EOM. • Assisted Traders and Brokers in day to day issues. • Allocated trades at the end of the day by picking up and matching trades on OASYS system
