Eval, Assess and Admit all Residents, Monitor and re- assess resident's quarterly, Maintain Payroll Budget with no OT, Payroll, Schedule, Interview and Hire all Caregivers and Nurses, Monthly inservice with Agenda and Teaching, Elopment Drills, Careplans and Care Conference with families, Rounds with Dr., Take and Implement all Dr Orders, Create MOR's, Order Medication, Lab, Dr,appts, all emergency calls, Triage Phone calls, Meetings with 3rd Party Caregivers, Employee's Annual Reviews, Correction Actions, Incident Reporting, Reports to Coorporate weekly, Conference Calls
