Daily Duties at Community Empowerment Program {Cep}:

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills . provided support for implementation of program activities including progam planning,advocacy and policy dialogue activities. prepared technical and cost proposals, oversee resource allocations,and coordinate resources for project completion, served as liason to funding agencies and other partner organizations Evaluating, developing, and implementing new business opportunities that benefit the community, and company Complying with, supporting, and enforcing company safety and infection control policies, Create an effective marketing strategy and lead an internal team in implementing the strategy Works to build collaborative and cooperative relationships . Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, programs, projects, policies and procedures related to the operation of the facility. Works to build collaborative and cooperative relationships with partners
