Daily Duties at Us Army Satellite Communications Control Center :

• Responsible for administrative and technical supervision of an entire operations shift; SME for implementation of new satellite geolocation and spectrum monitoring systems • Acted as the technical supervisor of satellite network and payload control operations for up to 3 X-band communications satellites • Performed network quality monitoring for government leased bandwidth across multiple commercial satellites from multiple providers • Managed the training, administrative, and daily working activities of up to 15 subordinates. • Developed and implemented multiple daily operations and preventative maintenance procedures for new satellite communications systems • Experienced in administration of Frequency Division Multiple Access, Time Division Multiple Access, and Spread Spectrum Multiple Access / Code Division Multiple Access networks. • Experienced in the operations and maintenance of the AN/GSC-52 X band SATCOM terminal as well as C and Ku band commercial terminals
