Daily Duties at Glowlink Communications Technology:
• Directly responsible for customer support, website development and maintenance, new system development, marketing and customer relations • Supervise the daily working activities of 3 subordinates • Provided in depth fault isolation, new user training and new equipment installation to multiple customers around the world • Product manager for new satellite spectrum monitoring system development, marketing and release. • Work with development team to design and test new hardware and software features for existing product lines and specialized customer solutions • Perform quality assurance testing on new equipment hardware and software in preparation for delivery to customers • Created and maintained the company’s website using HTML, Java, PHP and Flash • Authored user’s manuals, technical documents, and proposals for military and commercial customers. • Developed and implemented new marketing campaigns to familiarize potential customers with the company’s product portfolio • Work as a member of the company’s sales team to generate sales to new and existing customers; including several onsite, real time product demonstrations around the world • Serve as the company’s satellite interference geolocation and spectrum monitoring operations SME to develop new products and features to better meet customer needs
