Daily Duties at Otto Bock Health Care:

Drives credit operations, including collections for accounts 90 days past due, and providing credit decisions for problem accounts. Spearheads negotiations of payment plans and special terms. Collaborates with the sales team to reach sales goals while assessing the company’s credit risk. Addresses escalated customer issues, monitors sales orders, and processes credit hold requests. Produces daily, monthly and quarterly collection reports. Communicates daily credit and collection team activities, and provides support concerning policies and procedures to the Credit Manager. Performs Uniform Commercial Code filings. Conducts training on new policies and processes, SAP improvements and back up cash applications.
