Daily Duties at Autumn Bridge Hospice:

I call on all the physicians including Case Managers of Hospitals and satellite clinics. I educate them about Hospice and how our staff can make the terminally ill pass on more comfortable and not in a hospital where they rack up huge debts left to their family.
