Daily Duties at Superpetz:

Responsible for full Profit and Loss of Regional Operations. • Participate in the formulation of Company policy and direction. • Improve store operations to meet Company directives for operational excellence. • Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and profits while controlling operational costs within the Region. • Identify market/consumer trends and forecasts store budgets. • Communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure a successful attitude and confidence in leadership and teamwork results throughout the stores. • Oversee training and development of management team; • Establishing succession plans and insuring their fulfillment. • Support the implementation and execution of Company programs, procedures, methods and key directives. • Participate in new store development
