Daily Duties at Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd.:
• Monitor and analyze approximately 20 transactions (agent and participant transactions). • Report to senior and credit management any changes to the approved credit structure. • Prepare amendment and waiver requests upon analyzing the credit impact on the transaction. • Perform credit rating reviews and other periodic internal reporting requirements in accordance with credit policy and procedures. • Review and analyze financial models, quarterly and annual financial statements. • Create and update cash flow projections. • Monitor covenant compliance requirements. • Maintain credit files, financial files, legal documents and other relevant information. • Interact and coordinate administrative matters with other departments. • Support the origination team as required. • Interacted and maintained relationships with agent banks, Borrowers and other related parties.
