Daily Duties at Hooven Direct Mail:
• Oversaw all facets of Princess Cruises’ direct mail marketing efforts • Acted as a liaison and served as a contact person between the data processing, printing, and production departments (50 personnel), ensuring budgets and schedules were met • Coordinated client meetings and conducted business reviews • Reduced downtime and increased productivity by automating interdepartmental operations with PC based services (reporting and communications). This allowed the company to provide increasingly accurate budget, campaign progress, and inventory reports • Designed, coordinated, and implemented the first successful product launch requiring new brochures to be packaged and delivered to all of Princess Cruises active clients
