• Designed and implemented a Microsoft Access database to categorize and track premium fulfillment and consumer responses to direct marketing programs • Maintained the Access-based direct marketing customer responder database at for Nissan and Infiniti Motor Corporations by processing updates from sales matching and fulfillment vendors • Worked with TBWA Chiat/Day teams on all Nissan and Infiniti direct marketing programs to devise accurate tracking and reporting measurements • Designed, implemented, and maintained numerous general and specific marketing campaign performance reports including response, competitor performance, and ROI reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Maintained data integrity among fulfillment, telemarketing, and sales matching vendors by ensuring they used the same tracking system and verifying their data • Substantially increased reporting accuracy by implementing a new tracking system and incorporating stringent data integrity maintenance • Contributed to the direction of new campaigns based on result reports from previous campaigns
