Daily Duties at Oracle Corp:

• Created and enhanced first demonstration database for the Market Manager software product. The database was based on client data and included using Microsoft Access and Excel to disguise all sensitive information as well as to add fields and records to supplement existing data • Part of a two-person team that created and taught the first client class on how to set up and run a Market Manager Update. This included setting up the directory structure on a Unix server, creating the Oracle database, preparing data to import into Market Manager, and running the update process in Unix • Provided data expertise to ensure the success of Transamerica's software implementation by using SQLPLUS to examine and cleanse the data in the database and running the Market Manager Update engine to test results • Contributed to the on-time release of Market Manager 5.2 software release by using product expertise to effectively beta-test software • Created a database/script to screen directory that included every screen shot in Market Manager and matched each GUI element that accepted input data with the table field or script it was populating
