• Solved the largest customer complaint and dramatically increased the CRM capabilities of the Market Manager product by redesigning the customerization and householding engine to retain a memory of customer households throughout updates • Part of a two-person team that designed and developed the client GUI interface using Oracle Discoverer 3.1 • Edited and reviewed all department documentation to ensure they met customer requirements • Aided benchmarking team to complete the benchmark analysis on schedule by using my knowledge of Market Manager to help them troubleshoot problems • Worked with Marketing and Development to help both groups understand the business and technical issues behind building and enhancing Market Manager • Aided Technical Support in resolving client issues with Market Manager by examining client data remotely via SQLPLUS to identify the underlying cause of the client issue • Created and gave effective internal, client, and analyst presentations that explained the business reasons and uses of Market Manager's newest module, Campaign Navigator • Ensured project launch schedules were met by building Market Manager databases on UNIX servers and using Enterprise Manager to maintain clean testing environments. This freed up System Operations, QA, and development and allowed them to focus on key responsibilities needed to meet deadlines • Disguised and enhanced existing client data to create demonstration data for May 1998 Oracle Applications Users Group in San Diego using Microsoft Access and Excel
