Daily Duties at Chapman Hay Farm:

In the realm of Agriculture Management and Contract Labor, my responsibilities include the planning and execution of harvest of the crop, maintenance and repair of equipment, inventory control, purchasing and hiring of personnel. I am responsible for providing a safe work environment and promoting good communication and positive employee relations. All of the tools that I gained while working at Exelon were able to be applied post employment in my new field of agriculture.
