I the year 2009, I was recruited from the United States of America, as an expatriate to assist the General Manager in starting up T-Mart Nigeria Limited. Hired and trained as many as over 150 employees, including cashiers and customer service personnel, in providing first-rate service. Designed and implemented strategic business plan developed through in-depth research, in charge of merchandising and trained associates in merchandise displaying. Mentor 16-member staff and provide leadership across all departments.
