Daily Duties at Bank Of The West:
Service real estate land, A & D, construction and term loans from funding to payoff according to bank policy; contact and follow-up with title companies to obtain preliminary title reports, endorsements and recording of deed of trusts; order individual credit reports, business Dunn & Bradstreet reports, appraisals,cost review analysis, environmental review analysis and insurance policies; request preparation of loan documents and review for accuracy; monitor past due report and resolve delinquent loans; handle borrower inquiries and problems on loans in an effective timely manner; act as liaison between Loan Administration Dept. and borrowers; compile and maintain loan credit files as required by bank and federal regulations; track and obtain updated financial statements, tax returns and required covenants on borrowers and guarantors; compile and prepare departmental monthly and quarterly management reports and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
