Daily Duties at Bank Of The West:
All duties of Real Estate Administrative Assistant as listed below; credit analysis to include financial statement and tax return spreading and analysis along with cash flow projections; interface with prospective borrowers during loan interview and follow-up for required documentation; prepared expression on interest on potential credit requests; prepare complete credit requests to include underwriting, budget, cash flow and other analysis' per bank policy on potential residential land, A & D, construction, guidance line, and commercial building term loans; Obtain good faith deposits for preparation of appraisal requests; track and maintain residential guidance line contracts and usage as required by the construction loan agreement and track loan disbursements for accuracy and done in a timely manner; prepare and obtain documentation for deposit account openings; monitor department deposit accounts and answer borrower inquiries; conduct periodic property inspections.
