Developed and delivered a marketing strategy to generate commercial loans and credit facilities of approximately $50,000,000 for residential construction loans to middle market homebuilders/developers for land acquisition, development and vertical construction projects; pro-actively participate in developing new homebuilders/developers client base with a focus on revenue performance, risk, adherence to credit policy and customer retention/relationships; general oversight of credit analysis and appraisal activities; prepare credit requests to include underwriting, budget, cash flow and other analysis' per bank policy; monitor vertical construction loan draw requests and payoffs and conduct property inspections; co-manage 4 lending support staff.
