Developed and delivered a marketing strategy to generate business depository accounts in excess of $15,000,000 and commercial loan relationships in excess of $26,000,000 to include land, A & D, construction, line of credit, term and equipment loans with a focus on revenue performance, risk and adherence to credit policy; service and maintain deposit accounts and loan relationships; prepare and underwrite credit requests for new loans, loan renewals, account overdrafts, ACH and remote deposit; co-manage 6-10 lending and operations support staff to complete client requests; prepare monthly and weekly loan and deposit sales reports for management; manage loan workouts through payment restructure collections or foreclosure, prepare weekly and monthly special asset reports for management; approve daily loan and operations submissions; follow-up on past dues loans, prepare weekly and monthly sales/prospect reports for executive management.
