Daily Duties at Hilton Bay Front Hotel :
Primary responsibilities included human resource management for the wait and room service staff and lounge, establishing the guest experience, and training program for all outlets within the hotel, and monitor and adjust programs as needed. Training programs included wine seminars, customer service and “how to sell” at the table. Other responsibilities included scheduling, inventory control, menu design, and banquets.
