Daily Duties at Aaa Auto Club South:
Collecting first hand observations for all aspects of the emergency road service processes as it relates to Member satisfaction. Accountable for research and development of fresh innovative ideas from Member reported satisfaction ratings, testing them in small controlled groups, recognize patterns and trends from the data I analyzed. Then I designed excel chart and graph reports to present the results to the Administrative Executive officers. Then develop, plan and deploy the training to 4 Call Centers, a staff of over 300 employees, and include the multiple departmental teams to ensure everyone was aware of the new procedures that increased our Member Satisfaction ratings. In short a small team built to improve our CRM and their satisfaction with their Membership with AAA.
