Supported regulatory and business development activities for an Indian full service CRO for Ph I-IV device and drug trials, and drug sample distribution for clients within the Western US and Western Canadian region. Worked to build key client partnerships for growing the CRO regulatory and clinical trial business. Ensured timely submissions of regulatory documents to the DCGI and FDA to obtain approval for new or modified drugs and devices as well as drug sample shipments, specimen shipments and distribution to major pharmaceutical companies. Planned, organized and implemented strategies and activities required to procure regulatory approval for new and revised product lines. Ensured compliance with all FDA, DCGI and EMEA international requirements and corporate policies and procedures regarding submissions and other requirements for market approval of drugs and medical devices/ drug products. Verified all related activities were in compliance with GMP, GCP, and FDA requirements. Participated in cross functional team activities with internal CRO clients from initial stages through securing government approvals for medical devices.
